Ah My Buddha!!(2005)

Ah My Buddha!! is a comedy series following Ikkou Satonaka, a sixteen-year-old with an overwhelming libido that transforms him into a powerful Buddhist monk whenever arousal strikes. His exasperated parents enroll him at Saienji Temple to train under his grandmother's supervision and master his uncontrollable desires. The catch: the temple is populated by attractive nun trainees whose clothes seem perpetually at risk of disappearing. As Ikkou struggles to maintain his composure and spiritual discipline, his involuntary transformations prove useful for battling malevolent spirits—though hardly the path to enlightenment his family envisioned. The series blends supernatural action with irreverent humor, mining comedy from the collision between monastic virtue and teenage hormones.
