Mami the Psychic(1987)

Mami the Psychic follows a junior high student who discovers supernatural abilities and uses them to help people in danger. Alongside her childhood friend Kazuo Takahata, Mami harnesses telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation to solve mysterious occurrences and rescue those in trouble. Her telekinesis operates at a cellular level, allowing her to extract tumors from patients. Her telepathy grants access to people's thoughts and dreams. Mami relies on a heart-shaped brooch designed by Takahata—the "Teleportation Gun"—to transport herself where needed. The device shoots tiny marbles to trigger controlled teleportation, freeing her from random displacement. Together, Mami and Takahata investigate supernatural mysteries and use her growing powers to save lives, blending action with the wonder of discovering what she's truly capable of.
