Wagnaria!!(2010)

Wagnaria!! is a comedy series set in a family restaurant in Hokkaido, Japan. Sixteen-year-old Sōta Takanashi takes a part-time job at the establishment and quickly discovers his coworkers are anything but ordinary. Popura Taneshima, a high school girl a year his senior, looks young enough to be mistaken for an elementary schooler. Kyoko Shirafuji, the 28-year-old manager, rarely lifts a finger despite her position. As Sōta navigates the daily chaos of the restaurant, he finds himself caught between his eccentric colleagues and their misadventures. The series balances humor with moments of genuine camaraderie as this unlikely team stumbles through shifts together, revealing quirks and backstories that make the workplace feel less like a job and more like a second home.
