Testees(2008)

Testees is a Canadian comedy series created by Kenny Hotz that aired on FX from October to December 2008. The show follows a group of broke twenty-somethings who volunteer for bizarre and often dangerous medical experiments to earn quick cash. Shot in Toronto and Hamilton, Ontario, Testees balances crude humor with genuine heart as its characters navigate increasingly absurd trials while grappling with friendship and survival. Despite its cult appeal and international broadcast on channels including Comedy Central and I.Sat, the series was cancelled after one season.
