Atomic Puppet(2016)

Atomic Puppet is an animated series following Captain Atomic, a once-mighty superhero reduced to a powerless puppet by his vengeful sidekick during a meet-and-greet with a young fan. Desperate to reclaim his abilities, Captain Atomic strikes an unlikely partnership with Joey, a 12-year-old boy who idolizes him. While Joey sees his dreams realized, Captain Atomic views the arrangement as a necessary evil. The mismatched pair must learn to work together, combining Joey's enthusiasm with Captain Atomic's experience to protect their city as the newly formed Atomic Puppet. Their awkward dynamic drives the comedy as they navigate superhero life in ways neither anticipated, proving that the greatest power sometimes comes from unexpected teamwork.
