Age Harassment(2015)

Age Harassment is a Japanese drama series following Emiri Yoshii, a young woman who joins a trading company after her family's business collapse forces her to abandon her MBA dreams. Assigned to the general affairs department, Emiri discovers workplace culture is far from meritocratic. Senior female colleagues resent her for declining social invitations and coffee breaks, while male coworkers only value her as eye candy for client entertainment, denying her substantive work. Caught between exclusion and exploitation, Emiri becomes an outcast among the women despite appearing popular with the men. As frustration mounts, she decides to fight back against the age-based and gender-based harassment that defines her office. The series explores workplace dynamics, generational conflict, and one woman's determination to be taken seriously on her own terms.
