Digimon Universe: App Monsters(2016)

Digimon Universe: App Monsters is an anime series set in a world where smartphone apps harbor sentient creatures called Appmon—AI lifeforms existing between the human and digital realms. When a malevolent AI named Leviathan infects Appmon with the L-virus and begins systematically hacking global networks, a teenager named Haru Shinkai discovers the Appli Drive, a device that lets him materialize Gatchmon, a search-based Appmon. Together, they must stop Leviathan's digital takeover before the villain gains complete control of the human world from the internet itself. The series blends action and adventure as Haru and his allies battle across both physical and virtual landscapes to save humanity from technological collapse.
