The Copycat Criminal(2016)

The Copycat Criminal is a Japanese crime series based on Miyuki Miyabe's novel Mohouhan. When journalist Maebata Shigeko, young Tsukada Shinichi, and elderly Arima Yoshio become entangled in a brutal serial kidnapping and murder case, their lives intersect in unexpected ways. Shinichi's discovery of a severed arm and handbag at a crime scene sets events in motion, while Yoshio grapples with the murder of his own granddaughter.
