Juacas(2017)

Juacas is a Brazilian series following Rafa, a young surfer who abandons his father's summer course to chase his professional surfing dreams. Each year, the CAOSS championship draws thousands of tourists and aspiring athletes to Brazil's coast, offering the winning team a crucial passport to compete on the professional circuit. Rafa assembles his crew—Billy and Jojo—forming the Juacas team to take on the competition. Their main obstacle is the formidable Red Sharks team. As the tournament unfolds, Rafa and his friends must navigate the pressures of elite surfing, family expectations, and rivalry while pursuing their shared ambition to turn their passion into a career.
