Speech of Silence(2008)

Speech of Silence is a Hong Kong drama series about Tong Tong, a woman who loses part of her hearing in an accident but refuses to let it define her. With mentor Ko Ming's guidance, she discovers an unexpected talent for voice-over work, using her lip-reading skills to excel in the industry. When she meets fellow voice talent Leung Kai Yin, an immediate connection forms—but Kai Yin is infatuated with established actress Yuen Siu Na. Tong agrees to help him win Siu Na's heart, suppressing her own growing feelings in the process. As Tong navigates professional success and personal longing, the series explores themes of resilience, unspoken love, and finding your voice in unexpected ways.
