Limbo(2018)

Limbo is a series about two people separated by an ocean who fall in love online. Lidia lives in Madrid, Spain; Wally in Neuquén, Argentina. Their relationship exists almost entirely through Skype calls, but technical glitches keep interrupting their conversations. Lidia begins describing strange presences in her house—voices in other rooms, unseen figures that seem to emerge whenever the connection fails. Wally grows increasingly unsettled by her stories. Then Rodrigo enters the picture: Lidia's obsessed ex-boyfriend who won't leave her alone. As the mystery deepens, Wally must determine whether Rodrigo is the threat Lidia fears, or if something far stranger is happening in the shadows of her Madrid home. The series blends psychological thriller elements with the isolation of long-distance romance.
