Outburst Dreamer Boys(2019)

Outburst Dreamer Boys is a comedy series following Mizuki Hijiri, a high school transfer student who encounters four boys consumed by chuunibyou—elaborate adolescent fantasies of supernatural power and destiny. Noda harbors heroic ambitions, Takashima is an otaku devoted exclusively to 2D girls, Nakamura claims to be a reincarnated angel or demon (he remains undecided), and Tsukumo positions himself as a hidden mastermind pulling invisible strings. As Mizuki navigates her new school, she becomes entangled with this eccentric group, their delusional worldviews clashing hilariously with everyday reality. The series mines comedy from the gap between their grandiose self-images and their ordinary teenage lives, exploring themes of friendship and acceptance amid the chaos of adolescence.
