Blood Brothers is a Thai drama series that follows two boys separated at birth by circumstance and superstition. When Napa, wife of a high-ranking Air Force officer, suffers a miscarriage, she adopts one of the twin sons born to her housemaid Lampao, who fears a fortune teller's warning that the twins will destroy each other if raised together. Sasin grows up in privilege while his brother Ravit is raised in the countryside. Twenty-two years later, the brothers unknowingly reunite at the Air Force Academy and form a close friendship. As their bond deepens, fate intervenes with revelations and moral dilemmas that force each man to choose between loyalty to family and the bonds they've forged. The series explores themes of destiny, identity, and the cost of secrets kept across generations.
