Tristeza de Amor is a Spanish series centred on a radio station launching a new programme of the same name. The show follows two seasoned reporters reunited on air: Ceferino Reyes, a journalist returning to Spain after a decade in South America, and Carlota Núñez, a commentator whose past actions once drove him from the country.
