Kansatsui Asagao is a Japanese series following Asagao, a rookie forensic scientist and licensed doctor who teaches at a university in Kanagawa Prefecture. Her life takes an unexpected turn when her forensic medicine class begins collaborating with the local police department's investigation unit. Asagao finds herself working alongside her father Taira, a veteran detective, as they examine bodies brought to the lab.
