Avalanche is a Japanese series following Seiichi Habu, a member of a clandestine outlaw organization operating in a society plagued by corruption. Politicians, bureaucrats, and business leaders exploit their power while ordinary citizens compromise their ethics for personal gain. Habu and his group navigate this morally fractured landscape, taking action against the systemic decay that pervades every level of society. The series explores themes of justice and redemption as these outlaws challenge a system where integrity has become rare. Set against a backdrop of widespread moral compromise, Avalanche examines what it means to fight corruption from outside the law when institutions themselves have failed.
