B-PROJECT is a music industry anime following Tsubasa, a rookie A&R manager at Gandala Music. On her first day, she's tasked with overseeing B-PROJECT, an idol unit comprising three distinct groups: Kitakore, Thrive, and MooNs. Each group brings its own dynamic and personality to the table, and Tsubasa quickly finds herself navigating chaos and mishaps as she learns the ropes of artist management. Balancing the egos, talents, and personal quirks of these young performers becomes her crash course in the entertainment business. The series blends comedy with behind-the-scenes idol drama, offering a lighthearted look at the pressures and humor of managing multiple acts simultaneously.
