Charm(2024)

Charm is a Russian crime drama following a 25-year-old Gypsy car thief in a provincial town dominated by a precious metal processing plant. Twenty years earlier, his father died under suspicious circumstances at the factory, officially ruled a theft gone wrong, though the case was never properly solved. Driven by a need for answers and revenge against a man he barely knew, the protagonist finds himself drawn into the murky politics of the plant when its former director, the city's shadowy power broker Leonid Maksimovich, returns to town. As various factions pursue their own versions of justice and truth, the thief must navigate corruption, family secrets, and dangerous alliances to uncover what really happened that night.
