Corpse Princess(2008)

Corpse Princess is a dark fantasy anime series following Makina Hoshimura, an undead schoolgirl armed with dual machine guns who hunts 108 other restless spirits. To earn her passage into Heaven, Makina must eliminate each target with the aid of specially trained Buddhist monks who guide her violent quest. Adapted from Yoshiichi Akahito's manga, the series blends supernatural horror with action, exploring themes of redemption and the price of salvation.
