Indian Summer(2007)

Indian Summer is a sci-fi comedy series set in a future where household robots are commonplace. Yui, a newly purchased maid robot, expects routine domestic work—cooking, cleaning, and basic household tasks. Her owner Takaya, however, has entirely different plans. Obsessed with cosplay, he forces Yui into an endless parade of costumes and outfits against her will. The series explores the absurd clash between Yui's practical programming and Takaya's elaborate fantasies, blending humor with questions about consent and autonomy in a world where androids serve human whims. What begins as a straightforward master-servant relationship spirals into comedic chaos as Yui navigates her unpredictable owner's increasingly outlandish demands.
