Legit(2006)

Legit is a Scottish sitcom that aired on BBC One Scotland, written by Robert Florence and Iain Connell. The pilot episode debuted on 16 September 2006 to critical acclaim, followed by the first series beginning 7 September 2007, with episodes airing Friday nights at 9:30pm. Despite positive reviews, the BBC declined to renew the show for a second series in May 2008, choosing instead to continue with Dear Green Place. The Comedy Unit produced the series, which offered a distinctly Scottish take on comedy during the mid-2000s.
