Super Rich is a Japanese drama series following Hyoga Mamoru, a wealthy publishing CEO who built Three Star Books alongside her closest confidant, Ichinose Ryo. Despite professional success, Mamoru carries deep loneliness stemming from her parents' deaths in childhood. Her carefully ordered life shifts when she becomes involved with Haruno Yu, a vocational student years her junior who works part-time to support his struggling family. Yu applies for an internship at Three Star Books, setting the stage for an unlikely connection between two people from vastly different worlds. As their relationship develops, the series explores themes of wealth, isolation, and the unexpected bonds that form across social divides, examining what money cannot buy and what genuine connection truly means.
