Transparent(2002)

Transparent follows Kenichi, a compassionate young doctor living with satorare, a rare syndrome that broadcasts his every thought and emotion to those around him. Protected by special government decree, Kenichi struggles as his unfiltered feelings alienate his hospital colleagues, who resent the constant intrusion into his mind. When a caring female doctor enters his life, she becomes his shield against the isolation and cruelty that comes with his condition.
