Trigger is a Russian psychological drama series following Artem, a 35-year-old psychologist whose unconventional methods turn catastrophic when a client he treated jumps to his death. Convicted of manslaughter and stripped of his license, Artem serves eight years in prison while his wife abandons him and his friends disappear. Upon release, he's determined to prove his controversial methodology actually works and that he bears no responsibility for the tragedy. Artem begins taking on impossible cases, using his provocative techniques to solve other people's deepest psychological crises. Each episode presents a new client and a new moral test. Yet as Artem pursues redemption through helping others, the central question remains: can he heal himself, or is he simply repeating the same dangerous patterns that destroyed his life?
