TV 101 is an American drama series that aired on CBS from 1988 to 1989. Recently divorced photo journalist Kevin Keegan abandons his career to return to Roosevelt High School, his alma mater, where he takes on a teaching role. Rather than guide students through traditional newspaper production, Keegan introduces an unconventional curriculum: he teaches his journalism class how to produce an actual television news program. The series follows the challenges and growth that emerge as students navigate the demands of broadcast journalism while balancing typical high school life. Starring Sam Robards, Brynn Thayer, Leon Russom and Andrew Cassese, the cast also features Stacey Dash, Teri Polo, Alex Désert and Matt LeBlanc. Todd Rundgren composed the show's music.
