V-Focus(2016)

V-Focus is a Taiwanese series that pairs a former mercenary turned security expert with a tabloid journalist stranded on a desert island. Chiang Chih-heng, known as "The Bodyguard," runs Krisis, a consultancy protecting celebrities from paparazzi. Ting Ruo-chin, the "Variety Queen," hunts celebrity gossip for the tabloid V-Focus. When they're marooned together during a news event, their opposing worlds collide. He's trained to protect secrets; she's driven to expose them. Survival demands they set aside their conflicting agendas and work as a team to escape the island. The series balances tension and chemistry as two professionals from rival worlds discover they need each other to survive.
